Restaurant Electrical Service and Repair
Commercial kitchens run hard on circuits that were often sized for different equipment than what is in there now. We troubleshoot nuisance tripping, add and resize equipment circuits, handle hood and make-up air wiring, take care of lighting, and repair faults found during a health or fire inspection. We work around service hours, including early mornings and evenings by appointment.
Facility Maintenance and Repair
Ongoing electrical maintenance and repair for commercial properties — lighting, circuits, panels, exterior and parking lighting, and correcting items flagged in an inspection.
Tenant Improvements
Full electrical for a TI build-out: lighting and power layout, panel and sub panel work, circuits for tenant equipment, permit and inspection coordination. We work with general contractors as a subcontractor and directly with property owners.
Three-Phase, Motor Controls and Industrial
Three-phase power, motor controls, equipment hookups and control wiring for industrial and agricultural facilities.
We Schedule Around Your Hours
A restaurant cannot lose a dinner service and a retail space cannot lose a Saturday. We schedule commercial work around operating hours, including nights and weekends by appointment.
Troubleshooting and repair is a $300 two-hour minimum, which includes a panel safety inspection. Parts and material are additional. Larger work is quoted flat rate in writing before it begins, with no trip or mileage charges.
