Bookings placed outside business hours are confirmed the next business day. Our phone system can also take service and estimate requests when the office is closed, so nothing waits until morning to get logged.
What We Handle on Rentals
Outlets and switches that have stopped working. Light fixtures and ceiling fans. Breakers that trip repeatedly. Flickering lights. GFCI replacement. Smoke and carbon monoxide detector circuits. Panel work and code correction. Exterior and parking lighting. Anything flagged during an inspection.
Troubleshooting and repair is a $300 two-hour minimum, which includes a panel safety inspection. Parts and material are additional. A load assessment is $150. Panel work runs from $3,000 for a main panel replacement to $9,000 for a meter main load center upgrade. Every job is quoted as a flat price in writing before work begins. There are no trip or mileage charges anywhere in our service area. For a manager handling multiple properties that means a number you can pass to an owner before approving the work.

We are licensed by the California Contractors State License Board as a C-10 Electrical Contractor, license number 973698, bonded and insured, and BBB accredited with an A+ rating. Certificates of insurance available on request. We warranty our work for one year, parts and workmanship.
